He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Rawlins (Watkins) and Harold Mack Rawlins, Sr.; and his siblings, Bill Rawlins and Connie Manning. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Rawlins (Marshall); his daughter Brenda Strickland; his son-in-law David Strickland of Dacula; his siblings, Mary Jo Rowe of Macon and Jim Rawlins; his sister-in-law Gail Rawlins of Macon; and his grandsons, Allen Strickland of Dacula and Luke Strickland of Dacula.
