He was predeceased by: his grandson Jason Casper; and his siblings, Boardman Mackenzie and Nell Young. He is survived by: his children, Art Mackenzie, Jr. and Theresa Casper (Terry); his granddaughter Jennifer Lockman (Timothy) of Jefferson; and his great grandchild Brook Lockman of Scarlytt Lockman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
