He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Congleton and Versie Turner Congleton; and his siblings, Clark Congleton and Catherine Elizabeth Brandenburg. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jane Price Congleton; his children, Belinda Congleton Rose (William) and Stephen Douglas Congleton (Linda); his grandchildren, Jennifer Elizabeth Rose of Atlanta, GA, Sarah Anne Congleton of Asheville, NC, James Douglas Rose (Candice) and Daniel Douglas Congleton of Loveland, OH; and his great grandchildren, Ansleigh Noelle Rose and Everett James Rose of Flowery Branch, GA..
