He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gwinnell Porter Carlyle; his children, Lynn Ledford, Keith Ledford of Grayson, GA, Richard Carlyle of Walnut Grove, GA, Lisa Carlyle of Lula, GA, Sandy Lawson, Heath Lawson of Covington, GA and Tracy Gaddy of Aniston, AL; his stepson Tony; his siblings, Joanne Blackwell of Dacula, GA and Virgil; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Porter Knight of Lawrenceville, GA, Martha Porter Pugh of Cleveland, GA and Lamar. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
