It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Martin Durham of Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on September 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Carney and Grace Stover Carney; her former husband David Martin; her siblings, Mary Coker and Dickie; and her sister-in-law Dore Lee Carney.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Durham of Dahlonega; her daughter Kenia; her son-in-law Trey Smith of Cleveland; her son Tim; her daughter-in-law Courtney Carpenter of Clermont; her grandchildren, Coby Carpenter, Karie Carpenter, Mark Smith, Destiny Smith, Faith Smith, Michael Smith, Cayleigh Carpenter, Caden Webb, Cody Rogers, Khloe Durham and Madison Durham; her daughter-in-law Crystal Durham of Gainesville; her sister Linda; her brother-in-law Ronald Beck; and her brothers, Douglas (Judy Carney), Runt (Jimmie Carney) and Jimmy Carney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
