It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buffie Michelle Phagan of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on August 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Daniel Rider and Bertha Pierce; the father of her children Randy Phagan; and her niece Autumn Rider Holton. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Phagan (Destiny) of Dahlonega and Andrew Phagan of Dahlonega; her grandchildren, Destonie Rider, Hannah Kirkpatrick, Triston Long, Jerome Phagan (JC) and Elijah Phagan; her mother Linda Rider of Flowery Branch; her siblings, Amanda Rider of Flowery Branch, Cheri Rider (Jeremy Hall) of Dahlonega, Nicole Rider of Flowery Branch, Becky Shubert (Michael) of Oakwood, Tara Miller of Dahlonega, Tracey Maney of Gainesville, Jody Rider (Denise) of Gainesville and Wayne Rider (Angie) of Gainesville; and her friend Bruce Roberson of Gainesville. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
