It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Waters (Dahlonega, Georgia), born in Lumpkin, Georgia, who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Robinson and Orphia Melinda Weaver Waters; her husband Dean Seitz; and her son Bob Seitz. She is survived by: her children, Stanley of Dahlonega, Larry Seitz of Dahlonega and Joyce Hutcheson of Richmond, KY; her sister Bonnie Waters Milton; and her grandchildren, Ellen McMahan, Mindy Whitley, Jessica Cambron, Jason Seitz, Tracy McKinney, Gretchen Gentry and Stephanie Clifford. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
