He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Whitehead; his sons, Dwayne Whitehead, Ronald Whitehead and Shane of Dahlonega; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Whitehead of Dahlonega. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
