He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Isabella Michelle Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Hubert Harvey and Maudean Edmondson Parks; his daughters, Heather Leann Parks and Makayla Faith Parks; and his former wife Cheryl Ann Parks of Dahlonega.
