He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Valentine and Nora Valentine; his siblings, Carroll, John, KennethValentine, Jeree Serdynski and Thelma Brown; and his son Rob Valentine.
He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Michelle Mercer (John) of Gainesville and Jim Valentine (Dana) of Melbourne; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Fortney of Port St; his grandchildren, Jimmy Valentine, RyanMercer, Robby Valentine, Lyndsay Mercer Shope, KayleeValentine, Taylor Mercer, Aliki Valentine, Vanessa Valentine Spear, Georgia Mercer, James Mercer and Isabella Valentine; and his brothers, Harold, Don, Jerry and DennieValentine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
