He is survived by: his parents, John Grizzle and Sandy Grizzle; his brothers, Tyler (Kimber Grizzle) and Cody (Micah Grizzle); his siblings' children, Carson Grizzle, Bryce Grizzle and Blakely Grizzle; his grandparents, Tommy, Donna Gooch, Michael and Linda Gaddis; and his great-grandparent Ruby Gooch of Dahlonega.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Way Point, 129 Center Point Drive, Dahlonega, GA 30533.
