She was predeceased by: her parents, Junie Walker and Viva Wilson Walker; her husband Arthur Panter; and her son Todd Panter. She is survived by: her children, Arthur T. Panter (Freddia) of Dahlonega, Jane Cantrell (Grady) of Dahlonega, Donna Welch Reed (Edwin) of Dahlonega, Darla Anderson (Bill) of Dahlonega and Tim Panter (Susan) of Dahlonega; and her daughter-in-law Diane Panter of Dahlonega. She is also survived by grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren.
