She is survived by: her children, Rev. Andy (Rhonda Gaddis), Cleveland, Lesha Patterson and Kim; her son-in-law Robby Geist; her son Sammy; her grandchildren, Chad (Lauren Gaddis), Tommy (Lauren Gaddis), Jeremy Patterson, Nathan Etris, Kendra (Matt Sias), Ashley (Matt Kling), Sam Jr. (Taylor Gaddis) and Alayna Gaddis; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Gaddis, Piper Gaddis and Owen Gaddis; her brother Gordon; her sister-in-law Andrea Howard; and her brother Wayne Howard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
