She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Polk and Ollie Jane Jackson; and her daughter Tammie Michelle Price. She is survived by: her children, Marlin Anthony and Lori Price; her grandchildren, Anthony Troy Price, Marlayna Diaz, Danielle Green, Eddie Kitchens, Michelle Cole, Jacob Bergner, Matthew Price, Amanda Bruce, Alex Shepherd, Brooke Holder, Blake Price, Drew Price, Thomas Dawkins, Gavin Dawkins, Danny Hall and Ava Juliet Gadberry; her siblings, Mary Jane Thacker, Richard Polk, Melvin Polk, Dot Butler, Jimmy Polk, Betty Sheriff and Jennette Queen; and her friend Ruby Nell Hall. She is also survived by 6 children, 17 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
