He was predeceased by: his sister Burkelyn Gladin. He is survived by: his wife Helen Kitchens; his daughter-in-law Jerome, Jr.; his daughter La Shon of Canton; his son-in-law Warren Butler of Canton; his son Jody Kitchens of Forsyth; his sister Anita Ryle of Macon; and also, Connie Kitchens and Dahlonega. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
