She is survived by: her husband Jody Cook of Dahlonega; her children, Jacob Cook of Dahlonega and Kara Cook of Dahlonega; her mother Jane Reeves of Dahlonega; her siblings-in-law, Suzette Burt of Dawsonville and Chuck Burt of Dawsonville; and her mother-in-law Susie Cook of Cumming.
