With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Eugene Mincey (Dahlonega, Georgia), born in Lumpkin, Georgia, who passed away on March 20, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Mincey and Virginia Rae Sullens Mincey; and his brothers, Ronnie and Vince Mincey. He is survived by: his daughter Regina Lynn Mincey Avila (Edwin DeJesus Avila) of Dahlonega; his sisters, Lillian Mincey of Dahlonega, Helen Ayers of Dahlonega and Susan Chapman of Dahlonega; and his pets, Angel Baby and Rocco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
