She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Violet Blackwell and Vernon Hicks. She is survived by: her parents, Rosetta Welch and Hunter Hicks of Dahlonega; her grandparents, Jeanette, Anthony Hicks and Brandy Hicks; her great-grandparent Dolly Wilkins; and her aunts and uncles, Billy Joe Welch (Kara), Nathan Welch (Jennifer), Carl Welch (Kenzie), Coby Turner (Heather), Mathew Hicks and Page Hicks.
