She is survived by : her mother Ethel Annibale; her sons, Michael Maddox (Trisha) and Mathew Maddox; her siblings, Donna Sanders, Michael Muraco, Keith Annibale and David Annibale; and her grandchildren, Anastasia, Michaela, Nicholas, Destiny, Cori and Ashlyn. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
