It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marsha Ratcliff of Dallas, Georgia, born in Snow Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Otis and Elizabeth Marie Gray; her husband David Ratcliff; and her brother Matthew Gray. She is survived by : her children, Steven Tinney (Tish) of Bremen, GA, Teri Painter (Wesley) of Dallas, GA, Veronica Ferguson (William) of Douglasville, GA and Julie Paden (David) of Douglasville, GA; her siblings, Jimmy Gray (Kathy) and Joyce Silver of Boonesville; and her grandchildren, Cameron Wallace (Lori), Brandon Wallace, Brandy Sartin (Tyler), Steven Tinney (Kayla), Ashley Noland (Michael), Haley Abercrombie (Adam), Stephanie Ferguson, Dylan Painter, Austin Ferguson (Lisa), Justin Ferguson and Jordan Paden (Liz). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mrs. Ratcliff safe.
