In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Ragsdale and Lois Ragsdale; her grandson Ryan Maddox Parker; and her brother Richard "Dickey" Ragsdale. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Aden; her daughters, Janet Cartland and Bonnie Atcheson; her grandchildren, Tara Parker, Abby Yanez and Jordan Yanez; and her siblings, Jerry Ragsdale and Carole Lindsey. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Benson Funeral Home (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Poplar Springs Church Cemetery (2056 Hiram Douglasville Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
