She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brogdon and Ardella Pierce Brogdon; and her siblings, Paul Brogdon, Jimmy Brogdon, Johnny Brogdon (Barbara), David Brogdon, Bobbie Jean Hemrich (Tom), Suzie Cline (Mike), Linda Soi and Betty Joyce Brogdon.
She is survived by: her daughter Wenona Hood (Scott); her grandchildren, Kelsey Brock, Blake Hood, Evan Hood, Landon Hood, Layla Hood and Delilah Hood; her great grandchildren, Stylez Dyer and Coleson Dyer; her sister Martha Kittrell (L. J.); and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Brogdon and Guy Soi.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eleventh Ave. Baptist Church (2550 S Dalton Bypass, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
