She was predeceased by : her husband Carmon Nicholson; her children, Roy Nicholson, Brenda White and Randall Nicholson; her parents, Charles Brown and Jewel Brown; her siblings, Dennis Brown, Herbert Brown, Doris Brown, Charles Bud Brown, Kathleen Brown and Richard Brown; her grandsons, Rodney D. Locke and Clifford Eric Sneed (Pumpkin); and her great great grandchild Arian Jacob Timms.

She is survived by : her children, Larry Nicholson, Sandra (Eddie Taylor), Danny (Sharon Nicholson), Jeff (Scherriea Nicholson), Steven Nicholson, Tracy Callahan, Kim (James McDowell) and Keith (Monica Nicholson); her children-in-law, Rita Nicholson and Timothy White; her siblings, Jack Brown, Pat Wimpy and Carol Smith; her grandchildren, Allen Nicholson, Tony Locke (Alana), David Locke (Melissa), Darrin Locke (Starla) of Eddy Taylor, JR, Tonia Taylor Talley (Scotty), Angie Muse (Clarinda) of Randall Nicholson, JR, Carla Nicholson, Amie Fowler (Jonas), Kason Nicholson, Kristin Gray (Keith), Zachary Callahan (Megan), Nathaniel Prater and Hailee Roper; her friend Nelda Hatfield; and her pets, Dodger and Daisy. She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren; 27 great-great-grandchildren.
