It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Green Bonds of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Green and Julia Knox Green; and her husband John Franklin Bonds. She is survived by: her sister Ollie Mae Whitlow; her children, John Ben Bonds, Don Allen Bonds (Janet) of Dalton, Timothy Lane Bonds (Felecia) of Chattanooga and Lisa Bonds Davis of Dalton; her sisters, Maxine Parker of Dalton and Mary Ann Brooks (David) of Chattanooga; her siblings-in-law, Wilma Bonds of Dalton and Clarence Bonds of Chattanooga; and her friends, Mattie McDade, Patricia Mathis and Tregg Hardson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
