She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Brown Renfroe and Eugene Renfroe, Sr.; her siblings, Eugene Renfroe, Jim Renfroe, Rochester Renfroe, Marzette Lucas and Eginee Green; her siblings' children, Donald Mathis, Kenneth Mathis, Phyliss Mathis, Brittany Boyer, Monyette Renfroe and Katrina Renfroe; and her grandparents, John and Ozzie Alexander.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Clark, Helen Mathis (Aris) of Dawson, GA and Charles Renfroe (Barbara) of Decatur, GA; her sisters-in-law, Josie Renfroe of Dawson, GA and Mattie Renfroe of Decatur, GA; her nieces, Kimbelry Clark, Deshia Renfroe of Albany, GA and Laura Green of New York City, NY; her sister Diane Telfair; and her close friend Mary James. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She welcome home by her loving parents, Mamie Brown Renfroe and Eugene Renfroe, Sr. As with many raised in the Bible Belt, Virginia grew up in a home where Christian faith was the foundation.
