He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Charnley and Harry F. Charnley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carol Zonfrillo; his children, Phyllis Caroline Charnley, Harry F. Charnley III (Noriko) and Michael J. Charnley; his grandchildren, Erika Charnley Levinsky (Keith), Cameron M. Williams and Hana F. Charnley; and his sisters, Phyllis Meleney (Peter) and Joan Rentzel. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and countless other family and friends.
