It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Hughey Hallman Jr. (Decatur, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Thompson of Atlanta; his children, Mark Hallman (Kathi) and Lynn Klaess (Tom); and his grandsons, Will Hallman (Emily), Carter Boswell, Matthew Klaess and Luke Klaess.
