She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Phillips (Ronald) and Leandra Andrews (Gregory); her grandchildren, Karon Leslie and Austin David; her sisters, Constance Fields Smith, Pauline Fields Butts and Harriett Fields Byrom; and her sister-in-law Barbara Fields. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
