Mary Stanford Tewell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Stanford Tewell of Decatur, Georgia, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Hayden (Jean) of Collegeville, PA and Scott of Decatur, GA; her grandchildren, Lydia, John, Adam and Lyndsay; her sister Carolyn Hicklin (Stanford) of Richburg, SC; her husband Richard Harold Tewell; her daughter-in-law Ashley Tewell (Ivester); her parents, Ethel "Grammie" Wall and Christian; and her sister Mary. She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews.
