He is survived by: his wife Apostle Green-Booker of Virginia; his children, Frank Booker, III and Vonetta McKibbens of Buffalo, NY.; and his siblings, Bruce Booker, Kyle Booker and Roxanne Blackford (Clyde) of Buffalo, NY.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
