It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Smith Ferguson (Demorest, Georgia), who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Lona Saxon Smith; her husband Hampton John Ferguson; and her siblings, June Smith, Ruth Martin, Clara Mae Armour, Barney Smith and Jay Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly L. Costa (Larry), Betty J. McCollum (Hansel) and Michael Ferguson; her daughter-in-law Linda of Alto; and her brother Johnny Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
