She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion A. McConnell and Verlee Cowart McConnell; and her husband Roy J. Tench. She is survived by: her daughter Drucilla Tench Bryson; her son-in-law Roy Lee Bryson of Mt. Airy; and her sons, Wayne E. (Bernice Tench) and Sidney Judson (Carol Tench). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild on the way, and a number of nieces and nephews.
