He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Ethel Watson Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cash Watkins; his children, Debi (Jesse Jones), Cornelia and David; his daughter-in-law Laura Kytle; his grandchildren, Joshua Jones, Kalan Jones and John David Kytle; and his great grandchild Houston Knox Kytle.
