She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Gibson and Manda Edwards Gibson; her husband Grady Asherbranner; and her children, Doris Scroggs, Lois Lovell, Jim Asherbranner and Glenn "Bud" Asherbranner.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Brown of Clayton, Joyce Shook of Clayton and Pete Asherbranner; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Asherbranner of Demorest. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
