He is survived by: his parents, James Curtis Surls and Tonia Walker Surls of Clarkesville, Georgia.; his children, Sarah Surls of Demorest, GA, Hunter Surls of Demorest, GA, Ronnie Green of Demorest, GA, Boone Green of Demorest, GA, Kaydence Green of Demorest, GA and Karli Dean of Demorest, GA; his brothers, Brandon (Jessica Surls), Travis (Kristy Surls) and Tyson Surls of Tennessee; and his grandmother Callie Sapp of Tennessee. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
