We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2018, at the age of 79, Shirley Patten (Demorest, Georgia), born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Richard Patten. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry R. Patten; her children, Pamela Nusbaum, Rick Nusbaum, Cedar Rapid, Michael R. Patten, Debi McKendree, Gerald McKendree, Michelle Nixon and Bryan Nixon; her mother Alice Witte Higham of Leneta, Kansas; and her siblings, Douglas Higham, Sandy Higham, North, Michael, Leanna Higham and Elizabeth. She is also survived by grandchildren, ten; great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northeast Georgia Hospice in memory of Shirley J. Patten.
