She was predeceased by : her brother Timothy Charles Potts. She is survived by : her children, Bridget Morey (Justin) of Doerun and Jay Wingate (Summer) of Moultrie; her parents, Charles Lamar and Betty Gay Potts of Doerun; and her grandchildren, Gage Emory, Justin "Buckshot" Morey, Jr., Jerrett, Jase Morey and Addison Odom.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House located at, 795 N. Gatewood Road NE.
