He was predeceased by : his parents, Dillard Rowland and Willie Maude Morgan Rowland. He is survived by : his wife Naomi Rowland of Donalsonville, GA; and his children, Vonnie Rowland of Phoenix City, AL, Carol Rowland of Phoenix City, AL, Peggy Williams (Earl) of Salem, AL and Eric Rowland (Jessica) of Donalsonville, GA. He is also survived by two sisters; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great -great grandchildren.
