He is survived by : his wife Ethelene Miller Alford of Donalsonville, GA; his daughters, Tammy Longfellow of Sopchoppy, FL, Sandra Steele of Tallahassee, FL and Kimberly Vaughan (Jimmy) of Cleveland, GA; his sisters, Gloria Cooksey of Woodville, FL., Brenda Alford of Woodville, FL. and Charlotte Spivey (Dale) of Woodville, FL.; and his grandchildren, Heather Longfellow, Nikki Abshire, Holly McCormick, Amber Karrigan, Daniel Gilley, Shiena Sheawa, Jason Alford and Hailie Alford. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.
