It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Edwin Spooner Jr. (Donalsonville, Georgia), who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Spooner; his children, Susanne Clearman (Todd), Luke Spooner III (Whitney), Mimi Burchfield (Kevin), Laura Croom and Jennifer Suydan (Craig); his grandchildren, Colton, Logan Clearman, Lizzy Woodruff, Jenni Dortch (Seth), John Burchfield and Emilee Nunnery; and his siblings, Gary Spooner (Jill), Wade Spooner (Lauren) and Nancy Spooner.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Donalsonville, Georgia (300 S Tennille Ave, Donalsonville, GA 39845).
