It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alene Powell (Douglas, Georgia), who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Frank Vaughn. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Mae Smith Vaughn; her daughter Linda Sue Catochfield of Waycross, GA; and her brothers, Frank Vaughn of Douglas, GA and Mitchell Vaughn of Douglas, GA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
