He was predeceased by: his parent Johnnie Ellis; and his brother Allie Ellis. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Allen Ellis Wooten of Douglas, GA; his wife Tammie Elaine Register Ellis of Douglas, GA; his children, Keagan Ellis (Ashlee) of Ambrose, GA and Gabby Ellis of Douglas, GA.; his brother Arvin Ellis of Douglas, GA; his sister-in-law Brenda Ellis of Nicholls, GA; and his granddaughter Aubree Ellis. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Due to COVID-19, all attendees are asked to observe the six foot social distancing at the visitation, funeral service and interment.
