He is survived by: his children, Keisha Newton of Hinesville Ga, Benjamin Moore Jr. (Avia Lynn) of Douglas Ga, Corey Moore (Kristie) of Atlanta, Kazz Brockington (Cindy) of Douglas, Monica Carter of Valdosta, Shakonda Bellamy (Deangelio Brown) of Douglas and Nicosha Major of Ocala; his mother-in-law Florence Carter Jackson of Douglas; his siblings, Mary Ann Huff of Douglas, Leviticus Moore Jr. (Cynthia) of Fitzgerald and Charles Moore (Tangellia) of Atlanta; his siblings-in-law, Angela Morgan (Phillip) of Douglas, Tammy Graves of Douglas, Judy Slater, Jim Carter (Carolyn) of Douglas, Daniel Carter of Douglas, Charles Carter of Douglas, Bruce Carter (Coretta) of Douglas, Steve Carter of Douglas and Mark Graves of Douglas; his brothers, Anthony Felton (April) of Jacksonville Fl and Randell Carter (Krystal) of Jacksonville Fl; his godson Darrius Lewis of Statesboro; his great grandchild Kyler Bellamy; his aunt Mattie Solomon; his nieces, Aliyah and Aneisha Burchett; and his wife Barbara Moore.
