He is survived by: his children, Chris Harper (Brittany) of Douglas, GA and Kayla Spivey (Corey) of Douglas, GA; and his brothers, Wayne Carter of Douglas, GA and Jerome Carter of Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
