He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace V. Rowland and Evelyn Bullard Rowland; his grandmother Elmira Rowland; his siblings, Billy Rowland, Benny Rowland, Burnell McNatt and Barbara Trull; and his former wife Norma Jean Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Baker Rowland of Douglas, GA; his children, George Williams (Linda), Sheila Davis, John Williams (Lori), Carl Williams (Angela) and Robert Williams (Cynthia) of Dublin, GA; his stepchildren, Bobby Wayne Daniel, Sherry Callahan (Joe), Brenda Moore (David) and Samuel Adams of Nashville, GA; and his sister Bonnie Thomas (Wayne). He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Several Step-Grandchildren and Step-Great Grandchildren.
