She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Smith Browning and Mary Bruce Browning; and her husband Billy Gene Hall. She is survived by: her daughter Carmen Powell Colwell of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Karis Hall, Kasey Powell and Chase Powell; her great grandchildren, Hunter Hall, Kaia Lowery, Jayden Zuniga and Lexi Powell; and her siblings, Marilyn Barker of Ray City, GA, Judy Crawford of Atlanta, GA, Jerry Browning of Alapaha, GA and Johnny Browning of Alapaha, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
