She is survived by: her husband Joe Polk, Jr. of Douglas, GA; and her siblings, Bobbie Eason of Poulan, GA, Faye Davis of Douglas, GA and Jimmy Dockery (Aggie Pat) of Douglas, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
