He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Chester Hendon and David Meek Hendon. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hendon of Douglas, GA; his children, Jason Hendon (Bobbie) of Smyrna Mills, MA, Nicole Hodge (Dale) of Belle, FL and Kale Hendon of Colorado Spring; his sister Sandra Loren (Dale); his nephew Christopher Loren; his niece Kelly McKeough (Sam); and his grandchildren, Sarah O'Hara, Savannah Harper, Jordan Hodge and Frankie Hendon.
