He is survived by: his wife Verneal Nipper of Douglas, GA; his children, Deborah Herron of Hartselle, AL, Gail Nipper (Wright) of Douglas, GA, Edward David Chybicki of Minooka, IL and Donald Brian Chybicki of Baxley, GA; and his stepdaughters, Rose Powell of Douglas, GA and LeAnn Woods of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
