It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jane Norris Barrineau of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus D. Norris and Alta Moore Norris; her husband Charles "Pete" Barrineau; her siblings, Marcus D. Norris, Jr., Wilda Corbett and Jerri Massey; her son Marshall "Butch" Sears; and her great grandchild Drayden Sears.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Pridgen of Douglas, GA and Wesley Sears of Douglas, GA; and her grandchildren, Carla Wilson (Rodney), Jan Meeks (Grady), Meg Sears, Christopher Sears (Lauren) and Stan Sears. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren 8 Great-Great Grandchildren.
